Hi-Carb Solutions cc was established in 2002 offering a toll process solution of agglomeration by method of pelletisation. For 2 years prior to the birth of Hi-Carb Solutions, development and investigation into various agglomeration principles were under way. Finalization on an extrusion method was set and further developed from there.

With the ever-increasing demand locally and internationally for companies to be environmentally aware of their emissions, we focused on the mining, mineral and metallurgical processing industries. In 2010 Our focus evolved into sourcing carbon materials and offering them as an alternate carbon supply into the foundry industry.

We now supply niche specialty products into various industries, with this it has been strategically important to have a reliable feed stock. Our aim is to constantly re-developing ourselves by offering new products and associated solutions to our customer base.

During our product development in agglomeration we developed plant and equipment processes associated to our practice and offer an engineered solution in this to accommodate fine materials captured in filtration systems that providing an alternative to costly disposal by being able to re-process into a usable or a more containable product.
